Seven-day beginner challenge

  1. Day 1: Understand what trading is and why risk matters.
  2. Day 2: Review Genesis demo setup and trading-platform navigation.
  3. Day 3: Understand candles, 1-minute and 5-minute charts.
  4. Day 4: Configure 13, 50 and 200 EMAs.
  5. Day 5: Identify pullbacks and wait for completed-candle confirmation.
  6. Day 6: Practice stop-loss placement, sizing and demo trade management.
  7. Day 7: Review your demo journal and complete the knowledge checks.
